Dallas Arts Studio had 15 winners chosen from the Texas State Fish Art Contest, which received over 1,000 entries. We are so proud of such amazing results of each student.
Alanna Sun won Second Place (K-3rd) and Joseph Kim won the Second Place (4th-6th). These outstanding students will be receiving cash prize for their accomplishments from the Wildlife Forever organization. Other 13 of our winners received Honorable Mention in this competition:

The 2017 State-Fish Art EXPO will be held during August 11th to 13th in Columbia, South Carolina at the FLW Cup, the World Championship of Bass Fishing. This year medallions, certificates, and trophy awards will be mailed directly to the wining students after the EXPO. Also, there will be in-person voting for the 2017 PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD on Friday and Saturday (August 11th and 12th). The winner will be announced at the State-Fish Art Booth on Sunday.
The State-Fish Art Contest is a project of Wildlife Forever. Located in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Wildlife Forever is a non-profit multi-species conservation organization dedicated to conserving America’s wildlife heritage. Working at the grassroots level, Wildlife Forever has funded conservation projects in all 50 states, committing millions of dollars to “on-the-ground” efforts. Wildlife Forever supports habitat restoration and enhancement, land acquisition, research and management of fish and wildlife populations.
